What You'll Do.
Build and maintain relationships with dealer accounts
Drive buying and selling activity
Act as liaison between dealers
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Escalate serious issues to management
Conduct outbound sales calls daily

Educate customers on available services
Consult with dealers on pricing strategy

Role and Team Reporting to the General Sales Manager (GSM) or designated Manager, the Inside Sales Representative acts as a tactical partner by building and maintaining customer/client relationships in order to grow the auction business. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers including individual dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts and others resulting in auction sales.
