You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business. We are offering a key position for an exceptionally customer-centric individual! ****Key responsibilities**** * Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. * Answers technical questions. * Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc) * Prepares quotations and standard tender requests. * Provides support to the local account executives for back-office activities. * Performs phone “cold-calls” for network customers and “blitz” in some market segments. * Does post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction * Organises the display of products in the store * Identifies and respects our commitment to our customers and ensures that deliveries are made in time. * Process and confirm delivery slips. * Communicates with the logistics team to ensure cylinder replenishing. * Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs * Learn new computer systems, enabling you to give accurate informat
