Role and Team Reporting to the General Sales Manager (GSM) or designated Manager, the Inside Sales Representative acts as a tactical partner by building and maintaining customer/client relationships in order to grow the auction business. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers including individual dealers, dealer groups, institutional accounts and others resulting in auction sales. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with dealer accounts to drive buying and selling activity, acting as a liaison between dealers, outside sales representatives, and auction personnel Provide prompt, courteous service across phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving customer concerns professionally and escalating serious issues to management as appropriate Conduct outbound sales calls daily to solicit new business, discuss inventory needs, promote upcoming auction events, and educate customers on available services Consult with deal
