Nice to Have
Automotive/auction experience preferred, Bilingual Spanish
What You'll Do.
Provide excellent customer service
Respond to phone calls
Resolve customer complaints
Advise Management of serious complaints
Maintain professional appearance
Greet customers and guests promptly
Arrange Hotel and Flight reservations
Contact dealers daily to solicit business
Develop new buy business
Develop new sell business
Discuss inventory needs
Discuss current promotions
Discuss future promotions
Discuss upcoming sales
Maintain current customers
Act as liaison for Outside Sales Representative
Act as liaison for consignment dealers
Act as liaison for auction personnel
Complete minimum number of calls
Perform Sale Day duties
Provide exceptional customer services
