What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services (REQUIRED). Background in sales, dispatch, service advising, or technician roles. Comfortable talking through repairs, replacements, and service options. Proven ability to follow up, stay organized, and close business. Phone presence + confidence talking to customers about pricing.
Nice to Have
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
