This strategic move reinforced AT-PAC’s commitment to strengthening its global market position and delivering exceptional solutions to the industrial sector. Since then, AT-PAC has taken on the role of competence center for scaffolding within the Umdasch Group, ensuring a unified supply model and facilitating the seamless sharing of expertise and resources across divisions. Looking ahead, AT-PAC will continue to drive innovation, focusing on the technical development of its scaffolding systems and digital solutions. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, processing orders, supporting strategic accounts, and working with clients regarding the return process. Working closely with both the Outside Sales Representative and Sales Management Team, this position serves as a key point of contact with customers and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth. Primary Responsibilities * Returns Management & Asset Recovery * Manage daily customer inquiries and requests. * Prepare quotations, work with operations on deliveries, reservations, and rental stock levels. * Follow up on outstanding quotations and opportunities. * Build relationships with existing customers to increase account penetration. * Coordinate equipment availability with operations teams. * Mainta
