Prepare and follow up on sales quotations
ensuring accurate and timely responses
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain customer relationships
Receive and process incoming stock
ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products
Perform inventory management tasks
including stock replenishment
and order fulfillment
Prepare shipments and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations
Assist in maintaining sales records
Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review
Identify sales trends and opportunities to drive business growth

Role: Inside Sales Associate – Parts As an Inside Sales Associate for the Parts Department, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account set up. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth Warehouse operations.
