What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience and a proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales ideally in luxury retail, wellness, beauty, or high-end hospitality, solid track record of at least 5 years managing and leading teams, ideally within a sales environment or a role with a focus on driving performance and KPIs, fiercely metrics-driven with a deep passion for sales, conversion rates, and KPIs, pro at designing and delivering impactful training programs, outstanding listening capabilities and are comfortable guiding a team through sensitive or vulnerable client conversations with professionalism, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with consultative selling, Experience with trauma-aware communication, Experience with confidence building, Experience with value-based selling, Experience with objection handling, Experience with 'soft closing' techniques
What You'll Do.
Manage a team of Client Acquisition Specialists
Identify individual strengths and implement personalized development plans to hit conversion targets
Create and facilitate workshops
and 1: 1 coaching sessions
Conduct regular live call monitoring and recording reviews
Develop high-impact modules for premium B2C sales
Refine communication guidelines and scripts
Establish a structured onboarding and certification process for new hires
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
