Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent required, Minimum 5 years of customer service, Minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing direct reports, Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Must be familiar with Email, Multi-channel Communication experience, Data Entry Skills, Accurately entering customer orders
