What You'll Do.
Support and manage unassigned merchants by assisting with onboarding
and delivering tailored solutions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Manage the Greek unassigned clientele (merchants without account manager)
Assist new merchants to complete their self-onboarding
Answer questions about company’s products
Question customers’ needs and close sales
Go the ''extra mile'' with selected clients of greater anticipated value to offer customized solutions and secure
Take and process orders in an accurate
Conduct cross sell / upsell / win back campaigns in the country's unassigned
Provide liaison support for existing merchants on support
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
