With 3,500 employees in 170 countries, Rotork integrates deep customer collaboration with a strong research and development approach to create cutting‑edge automation solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers, delivering high levels of customer service * Provide technical assistance on quotations and specifications, supporting both standard and customized solutions * Prepare, produce, and issue accurate and timely quotations including supporting documentation and drawings * Ensure all quotations are correctly recorded, tracked, and aligned with departmental KPIs * Verify technical documentation, specifications, and customer purchase orders before contracts are booked * Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries within agreed service level timescales * Support the full process from quotation through to order booking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Work collaboratively within a large customer service team to achieve shared objectives * Liaise closely with External Sales Teams and the Service Department to ensure alignment and smooth operations ## Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a technical or sales-oriented environment * Basic engineering or technical knowledge * Experience preparing or handling quotations * Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationshi
