Proven ability to lead and scale inside or hybrid sales teams across EMEA, Background in channel-driven and partner-led sales environments, Experience in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or broader technology sectors, Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets while scaling teams, Capability to drive multi-product or platform sales strategies, Understanding of the MSP ecosystem and recurring revenue models, Ability to think strategically while executing with discipline, Data-driven mindset, Ability to operate effectively across multiple countries and cultures, Communication and influencing skills, Passion for building high-performing, engaged teams

Own and deliver EMEA inside sales revenue targets

Shape and execute inside sales strategy

Increase pipeline generation

Lead initiatives to accelerate cross-sell and upsell

Strengthen partner ecosystem and drive partner success

Drive partner activation

Support partners in transitioning toward recurring revenue

and develop inside sales team

Create culture of accountability

Invest in talent through coaching and enablement

Attract and retain top talent

Implement modern sales methodologies

Drive disciplined use of CRM

Focus on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes

Optimize lead management processes

Partner with Country Managers

Align on go-to-market strategies

Act as bridge between EMEA execution and global strategy

Contribute to EMEA forecasting and planning

Identify initiatives to improve sales efficiency

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering with Country Managers, Field Sales, Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing teams; Aligning on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and positioning; Acting as a bridge between EMEA execution and global sales strategy; Engage and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
