Must Have

1+ years of related experience required, Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs, Basic computer skills, Basic messages communicated orally, May write brief messages and keep simple records, May expain and offer guidance on routine procedures, Prioritize assigned and routine tasks, Handle appropriately

Nice to Have

College coursework or degree, Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts, Bilingual English/Spanish

What You'll Do.

Generate revenue by promoting sales

Provide customer service

Evaluate customer needs

Answer questions regarding parts

Provide relevant information on warranties

Complete internal documents supporting any transaction

Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers

Inform customer of unit prices

and any additional information needed

Advise customers on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available

Process orders – perform order entry

review orders for correct handling

Follow-up with customers as needed

Assume other duties as assigned
