Full Job Description

This can be a remote from home opportunity. Primary function is to handle inbound/outbound phone calls to Quote/Bind new business policies in multiple states for a variety of Personal Lines products using several rating platforms. Goal is to provide best options for risk placement to our agency partners & policy holders. **Essential Duties & Functions** · Navigate through several rating systems simultaneously in order to achieve best coverage and rate solutions for our agents and their clients · Track monthly production to reach Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals · Assist Field Sales to Follow-up on Select Sales Opportunities discovered during Outside Sales Visits · Meet/Exceed the Monthly Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals Established for the Instant Quote Team · Answer 20 – 30 New Business Quoting/Binding calls per day · Other duties as assigned **Competencies** · Written/Oral Communication – Exceptional telephone & email demeanor while delivering consistent message that resonates every time.
