2–6 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or a related client-facing role, Demonstrated customer service focus, with a track record of responding to client needs professionally and promptly, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, written and verbal communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, Proven organizational and task management skills, with the ability to follow established processes consistently, Process-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through, Self-motivated and able to work independently with a sense of urgency, Proven problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and implementing practical solutions, Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, tracking, and reporting, Ability and willingness to learn technical products and apply product knowledge in customer interactions
