Support the sale of products
Respond daily to inquiries
Communicate technical information
Process requests for quotes
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
Partner with Regional Sales Managers
Coordinate with supply chain teams
Process customer returns and claims
Resolve customer complaints
Communicate with customers
Provide backup support
Attend required training sessions
Participate in cross-functional projects
Contribute to departmental initiatives
Perform other related duties

Our salary range for this role is $59,000 - $79,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting.
