Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Generate, contact, and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting activities, including expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, and database outreach. Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads, overcome objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure accurate handover of lead information. Maintain up-to-date and well-structured CRM records, ensuring pipeline accuracy and tracking of all interactions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners to support ongoing business development. Follow established sales workflows while contributing ideas to improve processes and conversion efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent or in seller-focused outbound prospecting roles. Proven experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, objection handling, and appointment setting. Strong familiarity with expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, and investor or cash offer leads. Excellent communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking style. Strong CRM proficiency and experience using prospecting and sales tracking tools. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment. Ability to build trust quickly and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and prospects.
