We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. * Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats * Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics * CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion ## Qualifications * Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development * Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills * Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level) * Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Working pattern: * Permanent, full-time contract (40h per week) * Hybrid work model after initial training (1-2 days WFH).
