What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment, Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients, Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite, Able to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs, Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes, Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities, Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, Detail oriented with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, Position requires written and verbal communication skills, as well as organization and time management skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred, Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Supports Account Executives’ sales efforts by taking ownership of fulfillment
Manages the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts to ensure proper implementation of their solutions
Influences and drives sales by providing superior customer service and support across Broadcast Television and Digital
aiming at retaining clients and growing business
Provide support to assigned Account Executives on post-sale activity including campaign implementation
Daily interaction with existing advertising agencies and direct
Maintenance of client schedules on television and digital
Implementation of special projects and promotions
Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results
Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts
collection and overall customer service
Regular tracking of clients’ audience delivery using ratings
and campaign fulfillment
Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts
order entry and revisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works in tandem with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs; Attend sales meetings and sales trainings; Partner with designated Account Executives in identifying new/incremental revenue based on campaign results; Assist designated Account Executives with maintenance of contracts; Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts
