1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales/contractor experience, Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Ability to learn and operate applicable software system

Interact with customers over phone and email

Generate and close sales

Meet or exceed sales targets

Build loyal customer relationships

Turn quotations into orders

Maintain relationships with key accounts

Strengthen relationships with existing customers

Increase market share

Act as project manager for large projects

Keep detailed records of lead times

Communicate lead time updates

Prospect and develop new customers

Use outbound calling campaigns

Meet or exceed gross profit targets

Assist warehouse operations

Drive business through customer interactions

Investigate and resolve customer issues

Expedite customer material with vendors

Follow up with customers on quotes

Follow up with outstanding orders

Support Outside Sales with customer orders

Support Profit Centre activities

Communicate customer business changes

Perform other tasks as requested
