What You'll Do.
Turn quotations into orders
Maintain relationships with key accounts
Ensure customer requests are met
Use interpersonal skills to strengthen relationships
Increase market share
Act as project manager for large projects
Keep detailed records of lead times
Communicate lead time updates to customer
Prospect and develop new customers
Use outbound calling campaigns
Meet or exceed Profit Centre targets
Assist counter sales during peak hours
Drive business through face-to-face interactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Expedite customer material with vendors
Follow up with customers on quotes
Follow up with customers on outstanding orders
Support Outside Sales and Counter Teams
Maintain accurate customer records
Maintain up-to-date account information
Monitor and track sales pipeline
Forecast revenue to support Profit Centre goals
Support all activities at Profit Centre
Communicate changes in customer's business
Perform other tasks as requested
