What You'll Do.
Introduce and implement ACH tools and services
Develop client communications/enrollment plans
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries
Build rapport with clients and assess needs
Emphasize clinical importance of home monitoring
Obtain referral(s) of patients for ACH services
Overcome barriers to adoption of prospective customers
Educate clients on documentation process
Handle outbound and inbound client correspondence
Provide routine updates to clients
Identify client needs and potential support programs
Maintain contact with facilities
Escalate service issues internally
Provide patient educational resources
Promote patient awareness programs
Maintain subject matter expertise in ACH services
Demonstrate consistency
and accuracy in daily use of ACH operating systems
and review information in Salesforce.com
Participate in development opportunities and training
Maintain courteous and respectful working relationship
Follow all regulatory policies and procedures
Adhere to ACH Standards of Conduct
Perform other related duties as assigned
