What You'll Do.
Introduce and implement ACH tools and services
Develop client communications/enrollment plans
Set clear expectations for ongoing support
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries for prospects and clients
Generate relationships and raise awareness of Acelis Connected Health services
Build rapport with clients
Emphasize clinical importance of home monitoring
Obtain referrals of patients for Acelis Connected Health services
Overcome barriers to adoption of prospective customers
Educate clients on the process of obtaining complete documentation
Handle outbound and inbound client correspondence
Maintain relationships with existing facilities or physicians
Provide superior service
Supply continuing information and support regarding Acelis Connected Health offerings
Provide routine updates to clients regarding status of new and existing patients
Obtain additional information as needed
Identify client needs and potential support programs
Maintain contact based on an established communication plan with facilities
Ensure that service-level commitments are being met
Escalate service issues internally as appropriate
Provide patient educational resources
Promote patient awareness programs
Maintain subject matter expertise in Acelis Connected Health services
Use clinical support materials and resources effectively
Demonstrate consistency
and accuracy in daily use of Acelis Connected Health operating systems
and review relevant information in Salesforce.com database
Participate in development opportunities and on-going training
Maintain courteous and respectful working relationship with all sales and service partners and all teammates
