**Location:** Weymouth National Boat Centre, Dorset, DT4 8TZ (Hybrid) **Contract:** Permanent, Part Time, 21 hours per week **Salary:** £13,914 per annum pro rata (£23,190 per annum full time equivalent) **Closing Date:** 26 June 2026 Are you an administrator looking for a new opportunity? Thousands of young people take part in Sea Cadets activity every week. We want to reach thousands more. We have a strong vision and are on the cusp of rolling out a new multi-year growth strategy to meet the growing demand for what we provide for young people. We aim to equip them to achieve their potential and thrive in a rapidly changing world. We are immensely proud of the breadth, quality and safety of activities we offer to young people. We are currently looking for a Support Administrator to join our team. **About the role ** The Inshore Boating Support Administrator works on development and administration of processes and policies that support our on the water activities, assisting with routine correspondence on all matters relating to the Inshore Boating department. **Responsibilities ** * Answering and signposting enquiries received by email, post and phone. * Updating and amending held records on all boats and equipment across the charity. * Management and tracking of data to review and identify trends. * Support the updating of personal records as required * Supporting the Head / Assistant Head of Inshore Boating with the admin of the department. * Support admin in the wider learning directorate. **Requirements** **Requirements ** * Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, EXCEL and Office 365
