What You'll Do.
nurture and drive group innovation with internal and external stakeholders
develop a portfolio of open innovation and strategic initiatives
Development and delivery of frameworks
training and tools to build a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
Provision of a global platform and curated ecosystem of partners
Development of the strategic capabilities and programmes for the bank
Management and coordination between external stakeholders/partners and the bank
Deliver thought leadership and insights
Development and management of key metrics
support key strategic initiatives—from Proof of Concept delivery to governance of our innovation sandbox
help keep multiple PoCs and BAU processes running smoothly
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaboration with a range of stakeholders; Management and coordination between external stakeholders/partners and the bank; Partner with other functions and business areas; Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation; Able to work eff ectively across cross‑functionalteams
