Experience in developing and commercializing new products, Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle, Experience in overseeing the rapid prototyping process for global/ multi-region products, Demonstrated success in generating, structuring, evaluating, and promoting innovative ideas within an organization, Able to build relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams, communication skills, able to articulate and where necessary simplify concepts and details, A interest and understanding of the payments industry and/or working in a B2B2C ecosystem

drive the generation and analysis of new concepts and solutions
interface with internal product teams
own the development of concepts into commercial products
from concept through pilot
incubation and commercialization
leverage Foundry Engineering
and Experience Design teams
develop and own product roadmaps
pilot launch plans and business cases
support the ideation and development of a pipeline of Foundry projects
assess market opportunities using a data-driven approach
build business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
interfacing with internal product teams, customers, and end-users; leveraging Foundry Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design teams; building relationships across the Global Products teams and Foundry teams; supporting the delivery of new products; supporting the ideation and development of a pipeline of Foundry projects leveraging internal and external relationships; building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
