Must Have
3–5 years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile, or similar fields, Hands-on experience working with enterprise teams or fast-moving environments, facilitation skills with the ability to run engaging, outcome-driven workshops, Proven ability to help organizations adopt new tools or improve collaboration practices, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Human-Centered Design, governance frameworks, or collaboration tools, Experience with Agile methodologies and platforms such as Miro or similar tools

Lead workshops to improve collaboration
Assess team workflows and provide recommendations
Partner with stakeholders to connect value
Guide teams through change initiatives
Develop prototypes to demonstrate possibilities
Coach teams on Agile ways of working
Identify barriers to teamwork and design solutions
