Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Ability to work on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions, Safe lifting practices, Safe machine operations, Personal protective equipment is to be used where required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, Experience operating multiple manufacturing machines
Nice to Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree
What You'll Do.
Prepare injection equipment
Set-up injection equipment
Start injection equipment
Run injection equipment
Perform minor adjustments
Complete information forms
Follow plant safety rules
Perform visual quality checks
Perform mechanical quality checks
Maintain housekeeping
Define resin differences
Identify parts for grinding
Maintain quality requirements
Fill out inspection sheets
Report quality defects
Work in multiple production areas
Perform relief duties
Troubleshoot production equipment issues
