What You'll Do.
Conduct initial assessments
Complete contracted assessments weekly
Meet required submission timeline
Submit assessments within five days
Educate families on ABA therapy
Assist in smooth transition of care
Keep client profiles up to date
Review COMS report weekly
Communicate schedule confirmations
Report completion status
Promote growth of Centria Healthcare
Build relationships with referral sources
Pursue relationships with new referral partners
