What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, Background in environmental management, ecology, or industrial safety and hygiene, Knowledge of environmental legislation applicable to industry (waste, air emissions, wastewater), Experience managing hazardous waste and environmental compliance documentation, Familiarity with environmental permits, monitoring programs, and service providers, Experience with Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), analytical skills for risk evaluation and data analysis, Proactive mindset with teamwork and leadership capabilities, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, communication and stakeholder management skills

Drive continuous improvement
Support implementation of environmental impact reduction projects
Monitor environmental KPIs

Ensure proper registration
and documentation return for hazardous waste
Audit compliance with environmental legislation
Analyze audit results and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with corporate teams on waste permits
Manage and coordinate environmental monitoring services
Maintain and update legal compliance records
Manage and coordinate environmental service providers
Administer environmental programs aligned with ISO 14001
Perform data analysis to identify environmental risks
Support Management of Change (MOC) processes
Promote energy efficiency and waste reduction campaigns
Report and stop activities posing risks
Participate in incident investigations
Ensure full compliance with site procedures
