Must Have
3-5 years of experience within the automotive sector, Advanced English, DFMEA methodology, Statistical Analysis, Knowledge of the product development process - APQP

What You'll Do.
Lead and execute Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) activities for automotive products
and update product DFMEAs using APIS IQ-FMEA software
according to AIAG-VDA methodology
Ensure consistency and linkage between DFMEAs
Special Characteristics
Support APQIS / APQP activities from conceptual development to SOP (Start of Production)
Support the timely definition
and closure of DFMEA actions based on risk prioritization
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Moderate and lead structured DFMEA workshops with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing); Communicate clear results of DFMEA to clients and auditors; Support internal and external audits related to DFMEA, APQUIS, and product development processes
