Must Have
degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), solid professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace (minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience required), proficient in industrial performance concepts, time analysis, and line balancing (SLB), demonstrated expertise in production flow modeling (PERT) and root cause analysis methods (Pareto), rigorous, proactive, and possess analytical and synthesis skills, able to work independently and interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (production, quality, finance, methods, engineering), proficient in French and English
What You'll Do.
Evaluate and optimize transverse industrial performance using key indicators
Design and maintain Standard Line Balancing (SLB)
Generate and publish the final balancing for each aircraft
Perform root cause analyses (Pareto) for hazards
Propose concrete and measurable action plans to improve process efficiency
Document and manage operational constraints per workstation
Lead the improvement roadmap and REX initiatives
Ensure the link with upstream and downstream workstations

Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un ingénieur processus et performance pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein du département Excellence opérationnelle, Manufacturing Engineering, basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez à l'optimisation de la performance industrielle de l’A220. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Ingénieur processus et performance chargée de l'amélioration continue et de l'efficacité opérationnelle. L'équipe pilote la feuille de route (_roadmap_) d'amélioration et assure le suivi de la performance industrielle transverse (aléas, efficacité, CVAT, _rate readiness_ , etc.). L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
