Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering, Knowledge of propulsion systems and related disciplines, Solid understanding of core principles such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, combustion, and control systems, Familiarity with DO-160 qualification standards, Familiarity with the ARP4754A development assurance process, Experience with system design tools and simulation software, Ability to balance technical engineering work with project management tasks, Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis, reporting, and presentations, Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues, Teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment, Autonomy, Good communication abilities, Well organized with coordination skills, Willingness to travel for short assignments
