What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Baccalauréat en génie électrique (électricité), Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) et habilité(e) à signer et à apposer son sceau sur des documents d’ingénierie, 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en projets énergétiques, Solide expertise en conception de circuits de commande, Expérience des systèmes électriques, de l’équipement haute tension, des transformateurs et de l’appareillage de commutation, Expérience dans des environnements d’ingénierie sur mesure, Maîtrise des logiciels d’ingénierie (AutoCAD, EPlan, etc. ), Bilinguisme (français et anglais), Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail qui lui permettrait de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada

What You'll Do.
Provide technical guidance to the project execution team
Lead technical initiatives such as control design and product qualification
Act as the technical liaison between engineering teams and customers
Coordinate technical information flow to meet project requirements
Represent the company in customer progress reviews and address technical inquiries
Analyze client requirements and resolve engineering challenges
Conduct engineering analysis including design
and equipment selection
Prepare technical plans and risk mitigation strategies for project kick-offs
Review and support technical change proposals and cost estimates
Maintain documentation to support contractual variation claims
Manage technical documents
Oversee third-party contractors to ensure equipment compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
