What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Proficiency with IV insertions, Peripheral, PICC, and Port-a-Cath management, Nursing assessments, Experience delivering high-quality patient care, Basic computer proficiency, Knowledge and experience using IV pumps
Nice to Have
Two (2) or more years of nursing experience, Emphasis on IV insertions, SubQ and IM injections, Oral medication administration
What You'll Do.
Deliver intravenous infusion therapy
Monitor patients before
Identify and manage reactions or complications
Perform IV insertions across all age groups
and Port-a-Cath access
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership
Implement and adjust patient care plans
Provide patient and caregiver education
Support patient assessments
Support nurse/patient education initiatives

Maintain patient records
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
Manage infusion appointments
Contribute to efficient scheduling
Contribute to patient flow
Focus on positive patient outcomes
