What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Nurse (RN), Current registration with CNO, 2+ years nursing experience, Infusion certification, Current CPR certification
Nice to Have
Experience administering biologics, Experience administering oncology therapies, Experience administering specialty pharmaceutical therapies, ACLS certification, Experience managing infusion adverse events, Experience using electronic medical records, Experience using clinical documentation systems
What You'll Do.
Conduct pre-treatment patient assessments
Initiate and manage peripheral IV access
Prepare IV medications
Handle IV medications
Administer IV medications
Prepare injectable medications
Handle injectable medications
Administer injectable medications
Monitor patients during infusion
Monitor patients post-infusion
Respond to adverse events
Document patient care activities
Maintain medication accountability
Participate in audits
Participate in quality initiatives
Participate in clinic compliance activities
Collaborate with physicians
Collaborate with pharmacists
Collaborate with clinic staff
Uphold infection prevention standards
