Flexibility to work at both of these locations is critical for this position in order to support our teams and patients across the region.** **Clinic Addresses:** 205-1055 Fanshawe Park Rd W & G20B-339 Wellington Rd **Clinic Hours of Operation:** Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 4pm & Saturday 8am to 12pm **Our Base Pay Range for this position:** $42.19/hour **What You’ll Do:** * Conduct pre‑treatment patient assessments, including review of contraindications, medical history, and eligibility for therapy. * Initiate and manage peripheral IV access and access central lines using sterile technique and best practices. * Prepare, handle, and administer IV and injectable specialty medications in accordance with manufacturer, Health Canada, and nursing college standards. * Monitor patients during and post‑infusion, identifying and responding to adverse events per medical directives. * Document all patient care activities accurately within electronic patient records and clinical systems. * Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, side effects, and sel
