What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered Nurse (RN), current registration and good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM), Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Infusion certification or demonstrated hands‑on IV infusion experience, Current CPR certification
Nice to Have
Experience administering biologics, oncology, or specialty pharmaceutical therapies, ACLS certification, Experience managing infusion‑related adverse events, Comfort working independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment, clinical assessment, decision‑making, and patient education skills, Experience using electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems, Ability to work across multiple clinic locations within a defined region
What You'll Do.
Conduct pre‑treatment patient assessments
Initiate and manage peripheral IV access
and administer IV medications
Monitor patients during and post‑infusion
Document all patient care activities
Educate patients and caregivers
Maintain medication accountability
Uphold infection prevention standards
