What They're Looking For.
Must Have
RN license in New York, 2 years RN experience, IV certification, Central line care experience, Medical-surgical knowledge, Phlebotomy knowledge, Venous access knowledge
Nice to Have
Experience with central line management
What You'll Do.
Provide direct home infusion nursing care
Administer medications
Administer blood products
Monitor patients for adverse reactions
Complete physical assessments
Complete reviews of systems
Document patient activities
Teach patients and caregivers
Collaborate with physicians
Collaborate with nursing coordinators
Collaborate with directors of nursing
Collaborate with agencies
Collaborate with internal care teams
Coordinate start-of-care visits
Coordinate ongoing visits
Communicate updates across care partners
Complete nursing notes
Complete therapy administration reports
Review therapy administration reports
Submit therapy administration reports
Complete progress documentation
Review progress documentation

Communicate patient status changes
