Must Have
Nursing degree from accredited college, Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida, Minimum 2 years RN experience, IV certification, Valid driver's license, CPR certification, Experience with clinical documentation, Experience with care coordination, Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Basic proficiency with clinical systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in nursing, RN licensure in additional states, Prior home infusion experience, Prior home care experience, Prior critical care experience, Prior emergency nursing experience, Prior ambulatory infusion center experience, Prior discharge planning experience, Experience with PICC access, Experience with port access, Experience with midline access, PICC certification, Port certification, Midline certification
What You'll Do.
Administer intravenous therapies
Monitor intravenous therapies
Discontinue intravenous therapies
Monitor patients during infusion
Respond to adverse reactions
Respond to changes in condition
Collect blood samples
Complete patient assessments
Record reviews of systems
Provide patient education
Provide caregiver education
Coordinate visit schedules
Coordinate staffing needs
Communicate with internal teams
