Must Have
Nursing degree from accredited college, Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida, Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience, IV certification, Valid driver's license, CPR certification, Experience with clinical documentation, Experience with care coordination, Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Basic proficiency with clinical systems
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in nursing, RN licensure in additional states, Prior experience in home infusion, Prior experience in home care, Prior experience in critical care, Prior experience in emergency nursing, Prior experience in ambulatory infusion centers, Prior experience in discharge planning, Experience with PICC access, Experience with port access, Experience with midline access, PICC access certification, Port access certification, Midline access certification
What You'll Do.
Administer intravenous therapies
Monitor intravenous therapies
Discontinue intravenous therapies
Monitor patients throughout infusion therapy
Recognize adverse reactions
Respond to adverse reactions
Collect blood samples
Complete patient assessments
Provide education to patients
Provide education to caregivers
Coordinate visit schedules
Coordinate staffing needs
Communicate with internal teams
Communicate with external partners
Document patient-related care
Document medications administered
Document patient responses
Communicate clinical concerns
Reportable events promptly
Uphold confidentiality standards
