Willingness to travel, Travelling to other Avio Aero sites, to supplier’s and abroad is expected, Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation and Italian citizenship are required, Able to obtain Italian Personal Security Clearances and approvals, Work in high classified environment

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Engineering Master’s degree, Technical competence on products and processes, documented experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Production Engineering, Knowledge of the digital technology enablers for Operations, experience in multi-year development projects/programs, program/project management experience, ability to guide and lead others in a matrix and challenging environment, Willingness to travel, Ability to work with international partners, Fluent in English and Italian, Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation and Italian citizenship, Able to obtain Italian Personal Security Clearances and approvals

Nice to Have

Experience in Aviation Business, Technical knowledge of Aeronautical Engine and related manufacturing processes, oral and written communication skills, Ability to manage complex multi-year technical programs in a matrix resource environment, influencing skills in a global environment, Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, process discipline with sound analytic and statistical skills, Know-how in APQP/AS13100 and LEAN principles and methods, Knowledge of Export Control and Security Classification rules and processes, Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

What You'll Do.

Create and execute integrated plans

Provide Technical leadership to cross-functional teams

prevent and manage risks

update and monitor capital investment economics

Responsible for the approval process for investment plan

Responsible for Program Control Board preparation

Responsible for reporting-out to Leadership team

Monitor the program progress reporting KPIs
