What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and related services, Technical background in a hybrid cloud infrastructure including AWS, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tooling, Proven leadership or management experience with a small infrastructure/SRE team, Experience setting strategic vision and owning complex technical initiatives from conception to delivery, Experience utilising AI to improve efficiencies, A disciplined approach to maintaining and enforcing engineering best practices, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business units, Detail-oriented and self-organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities of varying complexity, Communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, Be physically located within Europe

Experience with Istio, Experience with Ansible

Keeping services fast
Enabling and supporting product and engineering teams to spin up
maintain and monitor necessary infrastructure
Building and maintaining hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS
Leading and developing a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers
and leading the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions
Overseeing technical analysis
cost estimation and optimization
platform and system design
architectural compliance

Engaging in hands-on technical work
Leading incident response during critical issues
Managing and coordinating the on-call rotation

Join us and help redefine how B2B companies generate leads from the signals already happening on their website. ### Position Overview We are looking for a talented Infrastructure Team Lead to join us and be part of the team responsible for improving and scaling the infrastructure powering Leadfeeder. Keeping our services fast, reliable, and secure is one of the key parts of how we succeed every day helping thousands of our customers using our platform. Infrastructure as Code and Automation is at the core of what we do. You’ll work to enable and support our product and engineering teams to spin up, maintain and monitor the necessary infrastructure they need to run their applications and services.
