**COSMOTE Global Solutions** , as a member of **OTE Group of Companies** , provides comprehensive ICT Solutions and Services, including Cloud, Data Centre operations, Networking, Cybersecurity, and more. **Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance. * Manage and support virtualization platforms, storage systems, and server environments. * Monitor system performance and implement tuning and optimization as needed. * Perform system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes in accordance with change management policies. * Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and projects. * Ensure compliance with company security standards and best practices. * Participate in incident management and problem resolution. * Document system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 12+ years of experience in infrastructure systems engineering or a related field. * Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). * Experience with storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and distributed file systems. * Good understanding of networking fundamentals and security practices. * Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. * Ability to troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues. * Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Relevant certifications (e.g., VCP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) are a plus.
