AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global data centre infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centres and the critical infrastructure that ensures our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We're looking for a strong technical leader to manage and grow our Infrastructure Reliability Engineering Organisation (IREO) team across Australia. As the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a diverse team of talented engineers spread across Melbourne and Sydney, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships both within your team and across the broader AWS organisation, working closely with peer managers in Europe and the USA.
