Job Purpose: Smiths Detection Systems Pvt Ltd, Bangalore is seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Hardware Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide full-time, onsite support for its IT infrastructure. The role involves managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware and network systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end-users and the organization Duties: * Infrastructure Management * Assist in evaluating and recommending purchases of system hardware and software products. * Provide Tier II support for escalated IT issues. * End User Support * Supporting M365, Installing & maintaining software on desktops, laptops, and servers * Administer web servers (IIS) * Network Support * Configure networking devices and restore configurations for replaced devices. * Assign and manage IP addresses for users and Wi-Fi networks. * Proactively detect faults and address potential failures in LAN and Wi-Fi networks * Install and maintain firewalls, applying required security policies * Maintain CCTV recording storage (with expert support for advanced issues). * Follow best information security p
