What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, Experience of management of end user environments, Experience of management of Windows and Linux environments, including virtualization platforms, Good understanding of ITIL processes and associated concepts, Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions
Nice to Have
Experience of banking / financial services, Familiarity with ITIL-style management procedures, Familiarity with agile project management styles, Experience of Management of backup solutions, AWS / Cloud certifications, Office 365, Windows & Linux certifications, Understanding of contact centre solutions
