What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, VMware, and infrastructure operations, knowledge of Windows/Linux administration, backup, storage, and virtualization, Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, or Python, Understanding of networking, WAF, firewall, and load balancing concepts, Fluent English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is mandatory
Nice to Have
Experience working in global 24x7 or follow-the-sun environments, Azure Associate, AWS Associate, VMware VCP, Terraform Associate, Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD)
What You'll Do.
Execute day-to-day infrastructure operations across cloud and on-premise environments
and datacenter infrastructure platforms
and vulnerability remediation
and disaster recovery operations
Manage Docker/Kubernetes platforms and infrastructure automation activities
Participate in incident management
and remediation tracking
Execute infrastructure changes with risk assessment
Monitor infrastructure alerts
and operational continuity
Maintain infrastructure documentation
and operational standards
Participate in global follow-the-sun support handovers
Infrastructure-as-Code
and CI/CD initiatives
Collaborate on platform templates
and operational improvements
Ensure compliance with infrastructure governance and security standards
Support audit readiness
cloud cost governance
and lifecycle management
Follow enterprise architecture and operational best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with cloud engineering, observability, automation, and ServiceNow teams; Collaborate on platform templates, standards, and operational improvements; Participate in global follow-the-sun support handovers

Fluent English communication skills; Mandarin speaking is mandatory; stakeholder communication
