What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments, Experience with design, implementation and optimization of Windows Server and Active Directory, Experience with design, implementation and optimization of VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0, Experience with design, implementation and optimization of Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV), VCF 9.0 Certification, Curiosity & passion for customers, Proven ability to communicate solutions in a way that resonates with all levels of our customer’s, Comfortable in engaging both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders, Ability to work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Australian Citizen, Active NV1 security clearance
Nice to Have
Previous Professional Services experience with external customers, Exposure to all aspects of delivering projects, including consulting, design, configuration, testing and deployment, Design, implementation and optimization experience in one or more of Backup and recovery (e.g. Commvault, Veeam), Design, implementation and optimization experience in one or more of Hyperconverged technologies (e.g. Nutanix, Dell, Cisco)
What You'll Do.
Work closely with Customers
Sales and Technical teams
Ensure assigned IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time
Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions
Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team
