What They're Looking For.
Must Have
solid background in leading infrastructure platforms and services, a few years of people leadership experience (or equivalent proven team leadership), clear leadership in everyday practice, Experience planning and leading cross-site operational activities (e. g. , rollouts, transitions, governance) in a global, multi-site environment, Proven track record delivering infrastructure services and projects with clear scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment, Ability to coach and develop others through structured ways of working (e. g. , clear goals, regular 1: 1s, feedback, and development plans), Solid experience in infrastructure domains (network/connectivity, endpoints, and cloud foundation services) and stakeholder management across IT and business, Experience with IT service management practices (ITIL4 preferred, or equivalent), Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written), take clear ownership and translate strategic direction into reliable day‑to‑day delivery, Working comfortably across teams and cultures, communicate clearly, bring structure to both people and platforms

Govern infrastructure security controls (including IT network segmentation and hardening standards) to support compliance
and risk reduction—in close alignment with Cybersecurity and OT
